Series of events organised by Colm Keegan, dlr’s Writer in Residence 2014-2015

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is delighted to announce the first series 

of events organised by Colm Keegan, dlr’s Writer in Residence 2014-2015. 

Date: Thursday, 17th July Time: 6.30pm – 7.30pm 

Colm Keegan will read from his acclaimed poetry collection Don’t Go There in 

addition to new work from the first month of his residency in Blackrock Library. 

Guest poet Gerard Fanning, from Blackrock will also read with Colm. All Welcome

The Power of Place - a poetry workshop with Colm Keegan. Beginners 

welcome. 

Date: Thursday, 21st August Time: 6.30pm – 7.30pm 

Pace and Conflict in the Art of the Short Story – a short story workshop with 

Colm Keegan. Beginners welcome.
